The “Universal Value” denies the democratic political construction with Chinese characteristics at all,and dissevers the inner relation between the economic system reform and the political system reform in China's reform and opening up completely. The “Universal Value” tries to lead the reform and opening up in China to the direction of “regressing to western civilization”, and lead the political system reform in China to the trap of western “democratization”. It is the absence of moral foundation that makes “Universal Value” to be a kind of substitute, which can satisfy people's airy needs. To consolidate the common faith of socialism with Chinese characteristics is a radical animadversion to it.
