The crisis start in the summer of 2007 is not a simple financial or economic crisis or European sovereign debt crisis and brink of American public finance，but the first systematical crisis of capitalism in 21st century,which contains crisis of economy,society，ideology，ecology and environment. In this special context，many  western scholars“rediscovered” Marx and his theory in many different areas to some extent. At the same time，the crisis force western scholars review their own theory and many of them turn to Marxism. They find Marx’s analysis of great value on the root of crisis，the actuality，future of capitalism and the harm of neo-liveralism. It is essential for the cause of developing Marxism and the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics to study the phenomenon of”rediscovering Marx” and the social and historical route behind it.
