Zhou Xincheng: Dififerentiation on Some Viewpoints about Denying Socialist State-Owned Economy
Source: Contemporary Economic Research. 2011, No.7.      Release time: 2014-05-11

The pattern with the public sector remaining dominant is stipulated in Party Constitution and China Constitution and must be followed. Various statements aiming to deny state-owned economy are described as follows:State-owned economy and market economy are incompatible; state-owned enterprises are monopolized and are fighting against private enterprises; the share of state-owned economy should be the same as western countries;state-owned economy should retreat from competitive fields; the property right of state-owned economy is not clearly defined and private economy is the representative of advanced productive forces, etc. They are all unjustified and ill-grounded.
