“Third hand” is the profiteering behavior forces that swims between “two hands,”is born in the market and undermines the market by interfering with the normal exchange of principles and order, serious harm to others and social interests. It has five echelon forms of expression; often distorts the relationship between domestic and international markets. Collusion between government officers and businessmen is the most damaging in a socialist market economy. To perfect it, we must recognize the regularity that a “third hand” generates, deal with the five relationships strictly control the market in accordance with the law, fight corruption, hold hack and put an end to the calamity;collaborate with government and interactive resultant of market.
