Abstract: For adherence to and development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, fine traditional Chinese culture has outstanding advantages and plays an important role. Fine traditional Chinese culture is the cultural foundation for building the modern civilization of the Chinese nation, the unique gene for creating new cultural organism, and an important source for nurturing core socialist values. Fine traditional Chinese culture has the unique advantages of promoting the high-quality economic development, which are reflected in such aspects as regulating the spontaneous logic of market, centralizing efforts to do great things, promoting scientific and technological innovation, and driving the cultural industry. Fine traditional Chinese culture is a valuable ideological resource for comprehensively increasing the capacity and level of national governance, providing deep spiritual and cultural strength for promoting the modernization of national governance in terms of the main body of governance, the goals of governance, the means of governance, the diplomatic approaches the management of risks, and the building of communities.
