Abstract: Based on the new practice of the new era, Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era focuses on the major issues of the times, such as what kind of socialism with Chinese characteristics to uphold and develop and how to uphold and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, adheres to the basic tenets of scientific socialism while upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground, with a new vision and scientific approach, deepens the essential characteristics of socialism with the Party’s leadership, extends the historical origin of socialism with history and culture, defines the orientation of socialist development with the new era, improves the layout of socialist construction with “four-pronged comprehensive strategy”, builds the theory of modernization with Chinese-style modernization, strengthens the ruling socialist party with self-revolution, and draws the global vision with a community with a shared future for mankind.
