The fundamental questions that Xi Jinping’s thinking on culture seeks to address are “What defines the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics, and how should it be developed?” The adherence to the Two Adaptation, particularly the second,is a crucial requirement put forth by Xi Jinping’s thinking on culture to bolster the development of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics. The implementation of the Seven Emphases represents the strategic blueprint and practical guidelines proposed by Xi Jinping’s thinking on culture for the development of this culture. These ideas enrich and advance the Marxist cultural theory, forming the cultural component of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. This signifies that China’s understanding of the principles governing the development of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics has reached a new level.
