Strengthening the socialist ideology construction guided by Marxism is the fundamental construction of the CPC. The situation in the field of ideology has undergone a comprehensive and fundamental transformation, and its basic content and characteristics mainly include: Grasping the characteristics of the times deeply to promote ideological construction; adhering to arming the entire Party and educating the people with the ideology of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era; focusing on comprehensive and strict governance of the Party, and continuously carry out centralized learning and education throughout the Party; strengthening propaganda and ideological work in all fields from a fundamental perspective; taking major festival celebrations as opportunities to vigorously promote the Chinese spirit. The above aspects, adhering to the combination of theory and practice, observing history and reality, and unifying epistemology and methodology constitute a brilliant chapter in the construction of ideology in the new era.
