As a transcendent form of civilization, the new form of human civilization has both Chinese significance and world value. To comprehensively examine its characteristics in the new era, it is necessary to scientifically grasp the dialectical relationship between upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground, nation and world, universality and particularity, difference and inclusiveness, and inheritance and development. From the perspective of the history of the development of human society and the evolution of human civilization, the new form of human civilization is distinctively innovative, national, global, inclusive and developmental. These characteristics demonstrate the dialectical unity of the generality and particularity, history and reality, and inheritance and innovation.
