     Release time: 2022-12-29

As an essential requirement of socialism and an important feature of Chinese-style modernization, common prosperity has become a hot topic of discussion in all sectors of society, and is one of the important theoretical and practical issues that Marxist theory, philosophy, economics, law and other disciplines are now paying attention to and studying. To grasp the connotation and essence of common prosperity, it is necessary to sort out the origin and course of the advancement and development of common prosperity based on the development process of scientific socialism theory; to explain the unity of the goal and process of realizing common prosperity, it is needed to adhere to the principle of seeking truth from facts, based on the objective reality of China’s unbalanced economic development, the too large income gap between urban and rural areas, as well as the Gini coefficient reaching the warning line, to fully understand the risks and challenges of surpassing the “middle-income trap”; to construct the key path of realizing common prosperity, it is necessary to establish the ethical limits of labor, capital and power, and form a three-dimensional synergistic framework to enhance labor income, curb capital robbing and restrain power expansion.
