How to leap out of the periodical rate of history is a historic issue that the Chinese Communists have always attached great importance to and committed to solving in building Marxist political party in power for a long time. In the past hundred years, Chinese Communists have made long-term explorations on this issue. Especially the General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important exposition of leaping out of the periodical rate of history has revealed a very important rule of the construction of Marx’s ruling party. The fundamental way to solve this major topic is to insist on full and strict governance over the Party, and to strengthen the system construction, especially the supervision system.
