Learning history makes people understand the reason. The glorious history of the CPC over the past one hundred years tells people one fundamental truth: the fundamental reason for the CPC’s victory in leading the Chinese people in revolution, construction and reform and development lies in its continuous promotion of the sinicization of Marxism and its use of Marxist philosophy to guide the practice of Chinese revolution, construction and reform, which has resulted in a wealth of philosophical wisdom. These ideas mainly include: continuously promoting the sinicization of Marxism, adhering to the ideological line of seeking truth from facts; adhering to Marxist standpoint and values, adhering to the original aspiration and mission of“seeking happiness for the Chinese people and rejuvenation for the Chinese nation”, and adhering to the mass line of doing everything for the people and relying on the people in everything; adhering to Marxist epistemology, being good at summing up experience and lessons, upholding truth, correcting mistakes, and having the courage to carry out self-revolution; attaching importance to the reaction of consciousness on matter and constructing the spiritual genealogy of the Chinese Communists; correctly dealing with the relationship between the decisive role of the people and the special role of historical figures; having a strong leadership core for the ruling Marxist party; and adhering to and applying the materialistic dialectics to look into and solve problems.
