On the occasion of the centennial anniversary of the founding of the CPC, it is important to review the significant role of the October Revolution in promoting the founding of the CPC, so that we can more clearly realize it was Marxism-Leninism that demonstrated China the right path. The October Revolution promoted the wide spread of Marxism-Leninism in China and laid the ideological foundation for the founding of the CPC; the October Revolution facilitated the initial integration of Marxism-Leninism with the Chinese workers’movement and laid the class foundation for the founding of the Party; after the October Revolution, Lenin and representatives of the Communist International directly guided the founding of the CPC, clarified the nature of the Party, its founding aims and organisational principles,and expedited the establishment of an advanced party of the proletariat.
