     Release time: 2021-04-06

Mao Ze-dong’s theory of socialist social contradictions was mainly formed before and after the the CPC’s Eighth Congress, and was concentrated in the speeches of“On the Ten Major Relationships”and“On the Correct Handling of Contradictions among the People”before and after the Eighth Party Congress, as well as in the resolution on the political report of the Eighth Party Congress. It has undergone a historical development from preliminary demonstration, in-depth exploration to systematic interpretation. The theory is a major theoretical achievement by the Chinese Communists in their exploration of the road to socialist construction. It not only creatively developed Marxism, but also provided proletarian parties at that time and in the future with scientific epistemological and methodological tools for socialist construction. The seventy years of development since the founding of New China have proved that when the CPC have correctly adhered to and applied this scientific method, the Party and the State’s line, principles and policies fit the reality of social construction and socialist construction is full of vitality, and vice versa.
