In recent years, China’s international and domestic political and economic situation has undergone tremendous changes, with a new round of rapid scientific and

technological revolution and industrial transformation, the deep adjustment of the international political and economic situation,the rise of protectionism and unilateralism, the intensified Sino-U.S. conflict, and various domestic contradictions coming to the fore. These problems and challenges have brought great uncertainty to the high-quality development of China’s economy. We must give full play to the advantages of a mega market, fuel China’s economic development through the prosperity of the domestic economy and the smooth flow of the domestic cycle, and promote the healthy and sustainable development of China’s economy through the gradual growth of a new development pattern in which the domestic cycle plays a leading role and the domestic and international cycles promote each other.
