According Xi's series of speeches and new concepts, ideologies and strategies concerning national governance and political administration,the essence and import include the historical necessity, scientific tenth, marked features, constructive blueprints, value expression and intrinsic attributes. In general, socialism with Chinese characteristics is the theory and practice of scientific socialism in the construction of contemporary Chinese society. It follows the “three principles”, invigorates social dynamic through reform, builds up and improves socialist institutional system, continually liberates and develops productivity, and promotes the coordinative development of fundamental social contradictions. The first principle for safeguarding justice and fairness, promoting the comprehensive development of humanbeing, enhancing peoples'well-being, attaining common wealth, and brining about modernization lies in socialism. Its core is Chinese characteristics, and its essence is to center on people's well-being.
