The spirit of China integrates the spirit of a nation and that of the times.We’ve long attached importance to the research and publicity of the former but ignored that of the latter.Realizing the reality of “the primary stage of socialism”,we shall attach great significance to the research and publicity of the spirit of the times,especially that of the spirit of freedom,so as to accomplish the historical mission of socialist modernization and orient us towards the whole world,modernization and the future.In general,the spirit of the times shall be nationalized and the spirit of a nation shall be modernized.
