Development boasts of overriding importance and rich connotation.Since the reform and opening-up,China has gone through the stage of increment,development, and sustainable development.The recent proposal of “Five Concepts of Development”, namely innovation, coordination, environment -friendliness, openness and sharing, has added up new components to the development of socialist market economy.China has stepped into new normal stage for economic development since 2010,which indicates more importance to be attached to the quality,pattern,driving force of economic development and the update of industrial structure.“Five Concepts of Development” of innovation,coordination,environment-friendliness,openness and sharing was built on the consensus on new normal stage and aligned to the pathway of
