Abstract: There are the discussions and comments according to a major newspaper proposed to some viewpoints such as“take off the ownership label” , “ break the shackles of surname country surname people”etc. It is not a problem of academic debate, but relates to the Communist Party of China for which flag to hold, which road to take, and which the major political and socio-economic problems of social and economic system to choose.“Country” and “the people” can't be mutually exclusive; state-owned economy should be concerned by the people' interests. To put forward the so-called “take off ownership label” , “break the shackles of surname country surname people,”diminish the socialist public ownership economy especially the state-owned economy as “shackle” of the productivity development, confusing the theory and the practical right and wrong.
