Chen Yalian, born in 1971, he is a researcher at the Academy of Marxism, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.He is also a vice resident of the The Academic Society of The History of Philosophical and Social Ideas in Chinese Minorities.Graduated in July 2003 with a Master's degree in Law from the Department of Marxism-Leninism at the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. In the same year, he began his work at the Institute of Marxism-Leninism-Mao Zedong Thought of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. By the end of 2005, he joined the Academy's Institute of Marxism. He has held positions such as intern researcher, assistant researcher, and associate researcher.Director of the Research Unit of Theoretical System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics at the Academy of Marxism, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. From July 2010 to July 2013, I served as part of the sixth batch of aid workers from central state organs at the Social Sciences Academy of the Tibet Autonomous Region, receiving the title of "Outstanding Aid.
Long-term engagement in the study of socialist theories with Chinese characteristics and the issue of Tibet is evident. I have participated multiple times in major projects commissioned by the central government and the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. My work emphasizes the integration of theory and practice, with research spanning nearly thirty provinces and regions. For example, prior to the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party, I contributed to significant collaborative research projects led by principal leaders from Zhejiang and Guangdong provinces under the auspices of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. Additionally, I have directed a major special entrusted project funded by the National Social Science Fund, which investigated the current impacts of the theocratic system on the pastoral and agricultural areas of Tibet and proposed countermeasures.
