He Qin studied for Bachelor’s degree in Spanish at Beijing Foreign Studies University, Master’s degree and PhD in Law in the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. She is the executive member of the Contemporary World Socialism Committee of the Chinese Society for Scientific Socialism, the member of the Chinese Latin American Society, and the member of the Contemporary Foreign Marxism Research Branch of the Chinese Society for the History of Marxist Philosophy.
She has published three monographs and four co-authored books, and more than 50 academic papers, translations and research reports in Chinese and foreign journals, such as Studies on Marxism, Journal of Latin American Studies and International Critical Thought. She has presided over two key and general projects of the National Social Science Fund, and participated in more than ten major and general projects of the National Social Science Fund, and the innovation project of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. Her main achievements have won the Excellent Countermeasure Information Award of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the Outstanding Achievement Award of the Academy of Marxism, the Scientific Research Achievement Award of the University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and the Second and Third Prizes for Excellent Theses of various professional societies. She has gone to the United States on official study visits, and has conducted academic exchanges and visits to more than ten countries in Europe, America, Asia and Australia.
