Zeng Xiankui studied at Ocean University of China from September 1995 to July 1999, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. He then attended the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, specializing in Agricultural Economics, from September 1999 to July 2002, where he obtained a Master’s degree in Management. Furthermore, from September 2004 to June 2007, he pursued his Doctorate in Economics at the Industrial Economics Department of the same institution.

The individual has repeatedly engaged in significant bidding projects within the Marxism Engineering of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, as well as major and key projects funded by the National Social Science Foundation, and various projects overseen by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
