Lian Junhua, PhD in Economics, serves as a postdoctoral researcher at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He holds the position of Secretary-General at the Research Center for Technological Innovation and Strategic Management. Additionally, he is a standing director of the 14th Executive Committee of the Socio-Economic Systems Engineering Professional Committee of the Chinese Systems Engineering Society. He authored a monograph and contributed to the 2022 thematic publication “This Decade of the New Era,” part of a series recognized as a key research outcome by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in the annual Innovation Project. Lian has published numerous articles in core academic journals, including *China Soft Science*, and has participated in several provincial and ministerial-level research projects.
