Zhai Jungang, born in November 1979 in Quwo, Shanxi, graduated from the Philosophy Department of Peking University with a PhD in Philosophy. He serves as an assistant researcher in the Basic Strategy Research Office of the Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and has been a visiting scholar at the University of Cambridge. To date, he has published two personal monographs and authored over ten articles in core journals such as "World Socialism Studies" and "Changbai Journal."
