Academic Background: Doctor of Laws. Graduated from the School of History and Culture of Shandong University, the School of Law of Renmin University of China, and the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
Academic Experience. Director of the Research Department of the Center for World Socialism Studies, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Editor of the Editorial Board of World Socialism Studies, Assistant Researcher of the Academy of Marxism Studies, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
Summary of Academic Achievements. He participated in the production of a number of TV political films such as “Thinking of Danger in Peace: Lessons from the Collapse of the Soviet Union”; participated in the creation of a series of books on the national cadre learning and training textbooks “New Era, New Thoughts and New Journey” organized by the National Cadre Training Materials Editing and Reviewing Steering Committee of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee; participated in the creation of a series of key publications for the year 2022 entitled “This Decade of the New Era”, including “Initiating a New Era of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics”; participated in the research of a number of major projects of the National Social Science Foundation of China and the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, such as the study on the splendid achievements of Chinese civilization and its significant contributions to the progress of human civilization, the study on the period of national strategic opportunity, the study on the latest development of world capitalism, and the study on new dynamics and new trends in world socialism.
Academic Posts. Executive Director of the Research Committee on Contemporary World Cultures and Civilizations of the Chinese Society for Historical Materialism, contract Researcher of the National Research Center for the Inheritance of the Red Gene, and Assistant to the Expert Committee on Evaluation of Chinese Humanities and Social Sciences Journals in the Discipline of Marxist Theory.
Academic Awards. A number of reports have won awards related to Excellent Information Countermeasure Research of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS); the paper “The Great Changes Unseen in a Century and the World Socialism” (Front line, No. 9, 2020), won the second prize of the National Party Magazine 2020 Outstanding Manuscripts; the paper “The Virtual Economy and the Economic Crisis of Capitalism” (Heilongjiang Social Sciences, No. 4, 2015), won the Second Prize for Outstanding Scientific Research Achievements of the Institute of Information and Intelligence of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS) in 2018 .
