Abstract 

　　The WFTU 2025 Presidential Council Meeting was held in Hanoi, Vietnam on 4-5 March 2025. This meeting was held against the background of the deepening crisis of capitalism and the infringement of workers’ own rights and interests. The meeting reviewed the work of the WFTU over the past year, explored the strategies for the working class to respond to the current international situation, and formulated The Action Plan for 2025. This meeting has strengthened international working-class solidarity and pointed out the direction for workers’ struggles. At the same time, it also reveals that there are aspects that can be improved in terms of the discussion content and organizational system of the meeting.
