Modernization is a worldwide historical process that reflects the general trend of the development of human society.Guided by Marxism,the Communist Party of China has led the Chinese people in striving to explore a socialist modernization model that transcends the “Kafdin Valley” of the capitalist system,laying the groundwork for the initial form of Chinese - style modernization. The in - situ form of Chinese - style modernization is rooted in the objective reality of the primary stage of socialism. It correctly recognizes and responds to the duality of capital, organically combines the positive factors of socialism and the market economy, and promotes the formation of an integrated civilizational form of “Five - in - One” comprehensive and coordinated development. The developmental form of Chinese - style modernization is mainly characterized by building a modern socialist powerful country in an all - round way by the middle of the 21st century. From the perspective of historical materialism, there is a logical relationship of successive and progressive development among the “initial - in - situ - developmental” forms of Chinese - style modernization, which has written the “Chinese chapter” for the new form of human civilization.
