General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important discourse on the integration of culture and technology is a significant component of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture. These important discourses demonstrate profound insight into contemporary development trends. The theoretical logic lies in the opportunities presented by the new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation,the motivational goals provided by the strategy of building a culturally strong nation, and the vast space opened up by new quality productive forces. The important discourse on the integration of culture and technology provides scientific guidance for practical development, mainly manifested in three aspects.In terms of practical forms, it is manifested in the cultivation of new business formats, emphasizing innovation and creativity, diverse presentation of content, creation of interactive experiences, and the role of new media in communication and enhancement. In terms of practical approaches, it is manifested in the creation of new models, emphasizing the construction of industrial parks with highly connected resource clusters, focusing on building platform economies that support innovative industrial ecosystems, highlighting the potential of institutional opening-up to stimulate emerging business forms, and promoting cross-boundary development of organizational forms for new business.In terms of practical orientation, it nurtures new momentum for cultural inheritance, cultural production, cultural communication, cultural consumption, and the “going out” of culture.
