New quality productivity is a qualitative transition of traditional productivity, which has both practical and theoretical significance. In terms of theoretical transformation, the new quality productivity is based on the realistic law of Marxist theoretical paradigm of “productivity-production relations”, which is a theoretical adaptation to the current practice category and puts forward theoretical requirements for the three elements of labor. Under this premise, the three elements of labor with new quality productivity are gradually being systematically reshaped, which are manifested in the role reshaping of labor elements, the intelligent innovation of labor data elements and the management optimization of labor object elements. Then, the optimal combination is realized at the factor level, the integrated model of three labor factors and the new quality production mode are constructed, and the future-oriented new quality productivity promotion strategy is put forward, which promotes the efficient synergy of multiple factors, improves the operation efficiency of each factor, releases the production efficiency of each factor, and realizes that the overall function is far greater than the sum of some functions. This not only enriches the theoretical field of new quality productivity, but also provides strategic guidance for the practical application of enterprises.
