Chinese path to modernization has answered the “democratic question” facing the world today from three aspects: the people’s democracy has realized people centered modernization in the whole process, which is in sharp contrast to the “democratic chaos” in the West represented by the United States; Efforts should be made to promote the democratization of international relations and address the issue of “democratic deficits” in international politics in the process of world modernization; China’s political practice and development achievements have liberated “where democracy goes” from the so-called “democratic transformation”. The “Three Major Initiatives” have provided better material conditions, a safer international environment, and more diverse and effective communication platforms for the development of human democracy. China’s democratic practice at home and abroad is consistent. It is a new exploration, new development and new achievement of human political civilization, which fully proves that the CPC has achieved great success in governing the country and promoting the development of human democracy.
