Bureaucracy, long been deeply detested and hated by the mass, is by all means the major enemy of the undertaking of the Party and the people. Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, the Party Central Committee cored by Xi Jin-ping has stood at the height of national rejuvenation, profoundly recognized the roots and harm of bureaucracy, and resolutely curbed bureaucracy with unwavering determination and sustainably effective measures to stifle its spread and pathogens.
