Zuo Peng:No Contradiction Between the Party's Policy of “No Religious Belief Among the CPC Members”
     Release time: 2018-09-24

As a principle for ideology and organization and political discipline, that the CPC members are forbidden to have any religious beliefs is decided by the party's basic dialectical materialist outlook. Since joining the party, members has picked up the freedom of not holding any religion, which also acts as a way to bring about citizen's legal rights. Allowing party members to take on religions or allowing religious members to join the CPC practically isolates political belief with religious one,and confuses potential party members with members of the united front. Only the party members without any religious belief could comprehensively carry forward the policy of “free religious belief”, unswervingly launching the publicity and education of Marxist atheism.
