The practice of innovative development concerns the national fate of Chinese people in the age of information civilization. Considering innovative development from the height of information civilization, we should have a grip on the whole picture and make practical pathways at a higher level. China should rise and lead information civilization while the leadership should be built on practicing innovative development in the whole society. China’s practice of innovative development shall not only pinpoint fundamental pathway, but also implement significant pathways of cultural renovation and institutional reform. China’s practice shall take the mission of liberating innovative capabilities in the whole society as its fundamental pathway. We should also take maker culture construction as a breakthrough in cultural renovation and lay a solid foundation for institutional reform on the basis of a well-developed society.
